I used ScanXL Pro to log my stft and ltft with my home made ram air. At one piont on interstate cruising my stft was -12% and my ltft was -12% also. My MAF was showing for 4lb/min. I logged it without the ram air and fuel trims were more in check. Under similar conditions stft was 0% and ltft 1% but my MAF was showing 2lb/min. Throttle position was similar on both points in both logs. One was 36% the other 37%, and load percentage was similar as well. So now I figure I need a tune cause the ram air is making the car run rich and the ecu is trying to pull fuel from what I can tell. If anyone's got opinions on this I would love to hear them. Has anyone else made a ram air and needed to tune the ecu to accomodate it? Also if anyone needs more info I logged both ways for well over an hour, interstate cruising and around town. Thanks for any opinions and insights.
