I am in the process of swapping in a 2.5 duratec into my 2007 focus, and I was planning on using the stock 2.0 fuel rail, as it has the fuel pressure sensor on it. However, the 2.5 IM does not have the vacuum line tap for it that the 2.0 IM does. What Vacuum line would be Best to tap off of? Or could I just use the 2.5 fuel rail without the sensor?

If using same PCM and fuel pump system as the 2.0 you likely need that line. The vacuum signal serves to tell the computer to bump up fuel pressure for higher rpm when vacuum drops off, worth about 10 psi in pressure to fuel rail. You'll be lean at higher rpm without it.

Look at original line to manifold and try to reproduce about the same location maybe using the other available ports on new manifold. .
