I have a 2005 focus ZX4ST I have just done the following mods to the suspension

H&R springs 1.4 drop F&R
Eibach F&R sway bars
F2 Focus sway bar end links
Saleen front strut bar
Steeda F&R camber kit
Saleen 17"x7" wheels
Nexen 215x45x17 tires
VF Engineering rear engine mount.
SVT stainless brake hoses on the front, rears did not work
iRotor drilled and slotted rotors
EBC brake pads.

Here is the problem after all this work it seems the left wheel is about 1/4" outside the wheel well? The front end shop has said it came that way from the factory? and with the wider wheels now you notice it. They tryed shifting the whole cradle over but it went 1/16th " not enough to notice . It goes straight, and the wheel is perfect? any thoughts

Are all of the wheel offsets the same? Theres a slight chance you got wheels with different offset. To be sure measure the back spacing on each one. Lay the wheel face down. Place a staight edge across the edge of the rim. Measure from the bottom of the straight edge to the back of the wheel hub. Each wheel should measure exactly the same.
