Front end squeaks after impact

Just got the car back from hitting a guardrail (driver's side), and earlier this year a pothole made mincemeat out of my Pass. side. It squeaked a little before but now it squeaks a TON. The front suspension is all new from shocks to endlinks and strut mounts. What should I do? Is it just because of the impacts? The squeaks are very high pitched and fast, over almost any type of bump. Thanks for the help. Please help me get my SVT quiet again!
