Front brake parts torque specs.

Caliper side bolts should be tight, obviously not overtightened, but I would think you don't need to set a precise torque on those. For lug nuts, I have always been told 100lbs.
Yes, they should be torqued to a specific value.

Slide pins are 28Nm, caliper bracket bolts are 175Nm. That would be 21 ft/lb and 129 ft/lb.
