Has anyone heard of Frank or his workout, me and a buddy of mine have been doing it for like 2 weeks and for a guy who is in decent shape but never been in a gym this is hard sometimes.

Well, we don't do the HIIT cardio and for the muscle ups we do pull ups. Then on Monday we shorten all the pushups by a little and I am still down to knee pushups by the end. Oh and I forgot to say that we don't do Saturday, just mon-fri.

But to answer your question, yes for the most part we just started it one day, but my buddy still adds stuff at the end because he is more used to working out. It is usually like bridges and side bridges or sometimes on days other then mon and thurs he adds a couple of bicep workout.
