My car is in the shop with a bad case of negative camber on the rear tires (tire leaning badly inward; // ), which is causing uneven wear. I was quoted about $500 for some new control arms or something, $180 x 2 + Installation & Alignment = $480.

The car has never been in a wreck, it has an Eibach Suspension (full kit) installed, and aftermarket wheels. I have had it aligned multiple times, and it has been explained it is within Ford's specs for proper wheel alignment.

I found this Ford Racing Subframe, which says it allows 'easy camber adjustment' in addition to mounting points for a rear swaybar on some cars without the mounting points - I'm not interested in the swaybar at the moment, but does anyone know the amount of adjustable camber? I can't find that information anywhere from Ford, or other websites.

It says it will fit all Foci, mine is an 02 Sedan.

Or, is there another part/solution to my problem? I already bought the Camber bolts, and the will not work to solve the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need to get my car back!

How much is your car lowered? Any amount of lowering requires the installation of a Caster/Camber kit. The reason being that from the factory there is no way to adjust the Caster/Camber on both the front and rear of the vehicle. I would look for a kit that covers all four wheels unless you already have them on the front otherwise go for the Ford Sub Frame. New stock controls arms are not going to solve your problem. There not bent, there just operating at an angle they were not designed for and have no adjustment.

Very expensive solution when the set of camber bolts should have solved it. What were your settings before and after the bolts installation? Where they correctly installed? When properly installed they give up to one degree of +/- adjustment which is more than enough to solve most problems. By the way ford specs are so broad that there are combinations of "allowed" toe and camber that will "guarantee" tire wear. Being within spec often means nothing. Too much rear toe-in along with excess camber eats tires too. A request for a specific combination of specs is required. There are countless threads here that explain these.

Well I got the concept of the bolts, but the shop I took it to said the bolts would not allow as much adjustment as I needed. The car is only lowered maybe 1.5" or 2" with the Eibach Kit. The front wheels are fine, it's just the rears. I knew about the adjustment and broad range already with stock setup though, It's been aligned multiple times and that's all they've told me, that it was in spec, even though it looked way off. Thing is though it was messed up before I lowered the car.

New stock controls arms are not going to solve your problem.
They were probably referring to the new TSB upper arms, that are longer than stock to reduce the negative camber.
Those along with the bolts should fix the problem.

Knowing your current settings would help us out a great deal.
If you can find them and post them up, please do.

Did they give you a computer print-out? Most alignment places provide them now-a-days. I'm wondering if they were lazy and didn't even try to use the camber bolts and simply accepted something within spec (I'm assuming its still within spec) rather than try to adjust it. I agree with WD40, knowing what the rear camber and toe settings/numbers are would allow us to be more helpful.

Problem resolved - Control arms it was, upper arms. They look pretty sweet there, and the car drives well - but scrapes due to my wheel/tire offset & size issues ... one thing at a time. :)

for the first time ever, my wheels are straight! I'm crazy happy. Just ordered my new wheels, and when they come in I'll be ballin hard! LoL. Thanks for the guidance everyone - I hope this topic helps someone along the line.

Did they install the revised (longer) arms, or adjustable ones?

Just want to clarify, so this thread can help someone in the future.
And, part number/s would be nice too. [;)]

True - I'll check with them when I go back for new tires for my super sweet new rims ... should be in approx 2 weeks. I'll post pics up in the meantime next time I have my camera handy. Good thinking!
