It is VERY IMPORTANT when molly lube is called for or listed to use ONLY molly lube , If your out of molly and have to use oil you have to add 18-20% MORE tq to the tp ft lbs of molly its best to buy some molly lube

Its best to use a stretch gauge but for those using a tq wrench
You MUST look on the top of the ARP bolt in the rods to see what the bolt sais on the top
ARP 2000 7/16 head 3/8 thread with molly 43 ft lbs
ARP MAIN STUDS
80 ft lbs with molly lube
ARP HEAD STUDS
60 ft lbs with molly lube
Cylinder head bolts Tq order
Flywheel to crank: 83 ft lbs
Pressure plate to flywheel: 21 ft lbs
Axle retention nut: 214 ft lbs
Crankshaft rear oil seal carrier 15 ft. lbs.
Drive belt idler pulley 30 ft. lbs.
Crankcase ventilation 89 inch lbs.
Water Pump Pulley 18 ft. lbs.
Crankshaft pulley 85 ft. lbs.
Crankshaft position sensor 15 ft. lbs.
Crankshaft position sensor to bracket 71 inch lbs.
Idler pulley 17 ft. lbs.
Knock sensor 15 ft. lbs.

sorry, not the sequence. i've heard that the torque specs are different. the ft lbs,,,,,,,,,,, i know with some , the first ft lbs of torque can vary. is this the same with all arp fastners for the ztec
They like you do tq the head 1 time x lb second time x lb 3rd time final tq , what I do is snug the first time , tighten the second time then TQ them 4-5 times with the final tq

1turbofocus says, "Drive belt idler pulley 30 ft. lbs."
30 lb.ft. for the drive belt idler pulley bolt? That sounds too much: it's only a 6mm. 8.8 Tables of torque values specify 12 lb.ft. for that! Maybe people are experiencing broken bolts because of overtightening.

I will be making these in 2.5 and 3 inch , You will have to buy both the ORP or HFC with the flex pipe as well
