I have a Focus 2004 first gen which needs a service (over due).

The oil ive been using is Mobil Super 3000. Theres been no issues with that (the 3-4 times that ive topped it up). I know they say go by the manual or as long as it meets specs.

Are there any mechanics on here that work for Ford (if so) that know which engine oil Ford uses when servicing?
(Ford doesnt always like to give out part numbers)

Also, would the price of roughly £300 sound alrite for a Major service - Extra for air con re-gas & coolant change?

(Apologies is many others have asked previously)
Thanks

It's just oil. I use a 5w30 synthetic in basically everything I own. Valvoline, Pennzoil, Mobile they all make good synthetic oils.

With most of us being in America it's hard for me to say what a fair price is where you're from.
