Hey, I have 2 12's and ~3kw, looking to seal up the hatch area as were having massive air leak problems, during our burps it takes a few seconds to get max score which obviously leads to pressure problems...

Were thinking there are air vents in the hatch for fresh air that need to be sealed up and any other outside soures of air... Any tips or locations , or even if there are not air vents a confirmation would be greatly apprecaited! It got to late to tear everything out (box amps subs batteries) so I wanted to ask ... thanks ahead of time!!

umm, if you remove the side plastic trim peice, you will find a rectangle vent near the back of the trunk, it leads right to the out side. these vents are on both side.

nearly every car on the market will have vents at or near that location. Automobiles are built with the ventilation to prevent suffocation or asphyxiation from exhaust, etc.
