Here's one for you smart guys! The other day I cleaned my car, and noticing I had a huge smudge on the cluster uh....plastic cover thing? So, not thinking, I sprayed some windex (I think) on it, wiped it down, and proceeded cleaning the interior. I few moments later, I look back at the gauges, and they are fogged up! wtf? So it hit it with the glass cleaner again, and it temporarly comes clean, but will fog back up after a few moment....

I'm stumped....what am I doing wrong?!?!?!?!

you sure you havent scratched them with whatever you used to wipe? i always use eyeglass cleaner wipes. you can try alcohol wipes in the future.
as far as removing the fog, you may want to try non-ammonia cleaner, then try a plastic cleaner.
