So I have a 2002 SE, without fogs, and its one of those little things I've always wanted. If anyone can tell me where to get the full kit, with wiring and the new knob and whatever else I'd need I would be ecstatic.

First look under your front bumper to see if the wiring is there for the stock fogs. It very well may be.

If it is, buy the lower grill, fog housings, bulbs, headlight switch w/ fog option, and relay (part# F57B-14B192-AA) and install that in R13 in the under-hood fuse box.
