I've got the RS Academy on June 5th - 6th and FFW at Bandimere on June 11th.
Plus C&C's and some RS stuff down south of me.
We'll have to see how everything works out and if I go I'll take the SVT.

Ok, so I would love to attend, would love one of those goodie bags...but not sure if I want to be in the car show as my focus is just a stock model plus it's an 8 hr drive out there lol

8 hour drive for me as well. It's a blast whether you are in the car show or not.

I've taken my beater to car shows before -- ask Jeffy he'll tell ya what he really thinks of it's looks. Though under the hood my game is won.
Nothing wrong with taking a stock car to a show -- talk about mod you'd want to do and at an all focus event I bet you might even find yourself with some options to go home with or to. Sometimes just polishing it up and cleaning it up is worth taking and talking about. You don't have to be the main attraction, or even an attraction at all.

I think its more about the experience. Your car may not have every upgrade under the sun, but there is alot to be said about pride in ownership.
And like what was said above, you will see lots of cars similar to yours and you will get ideas of things you wanna do. If im there, i look forward to seeing what other crazies there are out there and shop ideas from other mk2s
