How late is too late to decide to come? At this point I plan to be moved half way across the world by the time this is taking place (though the 2nd is my birthday!). If plans get pushed back later than this, we would love to attend.

I think its more about the experience. Your car may not have every upgrade under the sun, but there is alot to be said about pride in ownership.

And like what was said above, you will see lots of cars similar to yours and you will get ideas of things you wanna do. If im there, i look forward to seeing what other crazies there are out there and shop ideas from other mk2s

Food? Hotel/camp?? Body can go 3 days without food, so just have a lil snack, bring bread and peanutbutter .. lol.. and hotel/camp.. you have a car, sleep in it []

i hope rooms are still available. I was planning to book mine this friday. I knew there was a part i forgot. Head trauma messes with the memory (30 yrs old and have had 12 head traumas that weren't football related.. dont know how many that were.. LOL)

18 is the legal binding age for any contract in the USA.
