give it several ways
1. Glue occasionally (I have made, holds very good)
2. Screw in the carpet, this is the place very thick
(in Model 4 and 6 are holes provided in the other model you can remove pimples)
3. Glue Velcro on the footrest, then holds well on carpet

I've sold a few in the German forum and all are very satisfied

I like option 3 the most. I'll check it out if I have room. I bought the Husky floor liners to cover the footrest space, but I can't recall how much is actually covered without taking a look in the morning.
