I have a 2005 focus Edge 1.8 Zetec. Does it have atiming belt of chain? If so how often does it need changing?

zetec should be a belt. there should be a cover on the passengers (your drivers) that you can pull off and look.

120k for a zetec belt per owners manual(2.0L Zetec).
