Hey! I'm Jake. I am interested in purchasing one of your turbo set up's- later in the future. I need to do some massive research, and save up some cash first. 350 whp sounds ideal for how light these cars are. I have the 2.0 Zetec in a 03 zx3. Any help with turbocharging would be greatly appreciated! :)

Well, I'm ready mentally, and physically, just not financially :p
Will a 6 speed tranny out of the svt bolt up to the 2.0 Zetec?? That would be a sweet swap to start off with...
Should I stay stock internals, or get aftermarket. Boost wise I'm looking 10-15. 20 max.

Alright. I think it already has a better clutch, this is my second focus and there is only a year diff and this clutch takes more to push in than the stock one. Any idea about numbers for a full built engine? hp, cost, time? I'll do it all myself, except machine work.

You should do some reading and following along on some of the build threads in the Force Induction thread too.

I highly doubt you have an upgraded clutch though....

Pic of Kit installed on SVT

Can you post pics of a complete installed system. How much for everrything.
Turbo, piping injectors, etc (complete kit). With your kit, do you recommend a 2.5" or 3.0" exhaust system. Can you provide a phone number for certain questions.

I feel it is much better then the SPA kit for many reasong

Mine is intercooled
Mine has much more room to grow
Mine has external waste gate
Better turbo optione
And much much more

Hello everyoneI I guess all you guys can call me noob now! I have a ford focus zx3 zetec 2.0
I got some performance parts for it such as CFM shortblock, ford racing cylinder head
centerforce dual friction clutch ARP bolts for everything, CFM performance oil pump
AEM adjustable cam gears and etc

so for now i wonder before i started to work on everything - my goal is turbo 350-40 whp
I have option to buy svt focus so according to all that stuff above that i got will it stick in svt focus ? the reason why i want to get svt - 6 speed i think it will handle much better that amount of power and also I'm looking to buy turbo kit and will appreciated someone who will guided me to reach all my goals maybe there is someone in AZ who has turbo focus and can guide me for everything or here online Tom what would you do if you were in my shoes? I have a slight headache I already spent a lot of money for parts and now just don't want to give up
shell i buy svt instead of my zx3 or those parts are the great parts and will make zx3 to be that 350 whp monster?

If this is a street , drag , play Focus then I would stick with the ZX3 , If you looking to make a track car and road race the the SVT hands down

The 350-400 is the easy part I can get you there either way

ok i don't really need road race car just want to have some fun and i really like turbo charged cars so my plan is to make it turbo charged

i have purchased
1) ford racing cylinder head (grinded or milled to get those shafts to work with)

2) crower stage 3 race camshafts
3) crower valve springs with titanium retainers
4) CFM short block
5) centerforce clutch
6) ARP bolts for everything
willing to buy cfm trottle body 65
and slip limited differential

what kind turbo set up will work with it (i need it durable and long lasting) and which options I can get of that toys that i have ? Do you have turbo kits for sale? [scratch]

ok I just find out that because of ARP main studs need to adjust lover crankcase gasket or so will start to built engine after January .. need to pay tax and buy differential so i can drop engine and transmission at once and done everything at the same time
how to purchase your turbo kit? do you have any pictures? And I also will appreciated if you guide me which parts are better to purchase - the parts which are not in your kit like turbo and etc.. I mean those which are last long and more durable and I guess for 350-400 hp i don't need to change fuel pump or am I wrong?
