hi,
I recently took my focus to the dealer because i had the check engine light on and they said that i needed to replace the purge valve. Don't have warranty because it's a rebuild title so can anyone help me where i can buy the valve and where it is located in the car. I had trouble looking for one the right one so can anybody help me to show me where it is located in the car so i can buy the same one.

Are the Purge valve from a 2009 the same as the 2013?

Inexpensive and easy to replace. Unless you have a LOT of miles on your 2013 this should be covered under the emissions warranty regardless of the car's title status.

so, i bought the purge valve at http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,2002838,parttype,4936 and i got it today. But, i can not seem to find where it is located in the car. I looked everywhere and i did not find anything. It this even the right valve because i looked online there there are some other kinds. If possible, can anybody send me a picture of where the purge valve is located.
