Hello,
I would like to know if someone knows the stock flow rate for
2.0 zetec engine 16v 130hp injectors.

Also, anyone uses or knows about Reworked injectors?
I'm thinking to change mines for a 42lbs. Some people sell
reorked Bosch injectors with guarantee of 2% maximum
difference.

Also, would a MSD dis-2 help improove performance? what should i expect?

Why would you change them? You only change your injector size if you had done mods to match or FI. If youre going to change them just "because", dont, youre asking for trouble, not to mention, you have to have a maf calibrated for the size injector youre running.

The DIS-2 would help for your spark and throttle response a little bit, but the focus ignition system seems to hold up pretty well. Tom made tons of power on the stock ignition system.

I'm installing a M62 on that car. Thats why i'll change the injectors and ad ignition booster!

I wouldn't get reworked injectors. Just shell out the extra cash for new injectors.

OK.. What about the stock injectors flow rate?
I need to know, because here in Brazil we buy injectors not by LBs/Hour. We buy in ML/minute (milliliter/minute).
So i dont know a 42lbs/h equivalent in ml/minute
Knowing the stock lbs/h i'll compare with our stock ml/minute to find the near to a 42lbs/h

I am not sure about the injectors but you shouldn't need to upgrade the ignition system for the M62 blower. There are people making bigger power than the M62 can produce on the stock ignition system.
