[Lil Red Racer]

I have the HID headlights on my SVT. The driver side headlight has a film of some sort on the outside of it. It has a corroded type texture to it and causes the headlight to have a dull appearance. The passenger side one is perfectly fine. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to remove the film without affecting the headlight?
