I don't know anything about Fiestas, but like Felix said, the SVT front brakes are direct bolt-on to your 06.
For SVT rear you would need to find the SVT spindles (discontinued by ford), or go with something like the bracket kit from Massive (uses your drum spindle)
Use the Mazda 3 caliper and bracket for the front with a SVT rotor. For the rear try to find a SVT in the junkyard and swap the whole rear subframe with the parking brake cables. That way you get everything.

my right rear brake line is leaking, near the rear corner of the gas tank. Looks like it's rusted through. How much disassembly do I need to do to get to it and replace it? (as far as heat shield, drop gas tank, etc)
