Just read your post, I take this to Ford and complain, you have the documentation to do so and the rude comments on the part of the sevice department should be addressed by upper management, either within the dealership or Ford Corperate. I think there is an 800 number you can call at Ford to start a complaint, my sister did this on her SVT when Landmark tried to dink her around our warrenty repair and charger her for a rental. Just an FYI, I've had good luck with the old Thomason Ford on Mcloughlin and Gresham Ford. Might be a drive, but better service, at least for what I needed done, most of which was warrenty repair.
