Alright everyone, i got a problem with my grille. i went to put in on yesterday and noticed that it doesn't fit with the hood latch. it's almost like the top of the grille is too wide for the latch and catches on it. i don't really want to buy a euro hood latch for the lock and no little release lever thingy because i'm having a very hard time finding just a euro folding emblem. so does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do? am i stuck cutting out a little piece of the grille??

I'm pretty sure you have to trim the grill to fit around the latch. I thought that was the common practice.

Odd, when I put my euro grill on, it just fit.

I just had to hack up my old lower grille to keep my fogs.

I filed down my grille today at work. you can only see a little from a very sharp angle. looks good to me. now i just need to get my badge on it.

Mine fit without cutting at all...just have to push a little harder on the hood to get it to latch
