If you are getting an engine lite ON and have already had the fuel module changed - which is a factory recall on some Focus models - you should check your PCV hose - evidently from what I read - these hoses may have a short life and are prone to leaks. Here is a little info on how to fix a leaky PCV hose - cheap and better than original.

The leak will usually be on the back elbow - out of sight - right behind and beneath the air hose connection in the center of the engine.

Remove the engine air intake hose for easier access and look for a cracked or degraded hose right in the 90 degree bend. This is quite an expensive part from Ford dealers. Remove the entire hose. Go to Auto Zone or equivalent - and ask them to sell you a small water hose 90 degree elbow that is approx. 1/2" x 3/4" or 1/2" x 1/2" diam and is approx 2" long on each leg (approx $5.00). Trim each leg to approx. 1" long - you should end-up with approx. 1/2" x 1/2" 90 degree elbow.

Remove the original "dinky" 90 degree elbow but save the piece that slid onto you PCV tube down in the rear of the engine. Cut off this piece and slip this original piece inside one leg on the elbow - use RTV hi-temp silicone to seal the piece. The other end of the hose should slip onto the original hose connector. You now have a heavy duty elbow that replaces the dinky - if not defective - rear 90 degree elbow.
