hello all,

I have an 01 spi focus automatic and the check engine light came on today, I checked the cluster for DTC and it comes up as none? i checked all fluids and the they all appear to be fine, any help here would be appreciated. also the code came on after i finished spraying salt off of the car (I live in canada) if that would somehow effect anything.

take it to a auto store to use their OBD II scanner and see what the code is.

Probably just got some moisture in a sensor and it will go out after an OBD cycle or two.

But checking it as Slim says is a good idea.
