End of 2014 Goals

Bench - 295
Squat - 335
Dead lift - 355



Goals

Bench - 335 (end of 2015)
Squat - 405 (end of 2015)
Dead lift - 405 (end of 2015)

First bulk - Went from 147 lbs @10% to 203 @17% (bulk got a little out of hand)
Current body weight - 180lbs @14% and shredding to about 170.
Plan is to bulk to about 215 and shred to 180-190 @10%.


I have no plans to compete...I just love "the pump".


I eat pretty much whatever I want. I follow the IIFYM/Flexible Dieting method.
