Hi there !
Focus MK2, Auto transaxle 4 speed.
In ELM Config, under the Autotransmission option, there is "adaptive", "Comfort/Standard" and "Sport"

Before I touch anything, what is that supposed to change, and what is the nature of the change ?
Is it to do with the electric throttle behavior ? Because as of now, it is extremely oddly-behaving.
Anything more than a feather-touch from a dead stop sends the revs to 2000rpm producing way too much power for start/stop inner city work.
I can control it if I am really careful, but still, I don't like it. The mk1 had a much sweeter throttle (spring and cable, the way it's meant to be)

While I have you attention with ELMConfig, what are some of your other favorite settings to change ?

Idk about the config or transmission part, but have you cleaned the throttle body? I've heard that the servos can take off fingers, but it may be over compensating to let air past the junk...

Just my thoughts
