I have some trouble, The CPU have probably bad ground , short etc...
No power on engine, the speedometer go on top, the fire power cut always, I had make the process to have error codes and the display list the 30 to 40 codes!!! I had search for bad ground, rebuilt many connections.
It's possible have data sheet connector of CPU board and all sensor and connections on car, with this I will can check all circuits connected on this.

Check all your FUSES i had one with a bunch of those codes and it was maybe 2 fuses causing that. If you really want to you can put on a PCM but you better be sure. Try to get the FREEZE FRAME codes and not the CONTINOUS ones to knock down the search a bit if you get me 1 specific code i can get you a pinpoint test for it and try to help you out.
