will it fit a 2007 and how much of a difference does it make.

Well. I checked the Eibach website against the part #'s of many diff vendors. This kit can be used from 00-07 (Note: I could not verify 08-09 to my satisfaction. but I think it is the same part numbers as well).
Eibach website has Part# 3588.320 for the F/R Kit. Here are the application notes for each bar in this kit.

Eibach uses 'Energy Suspension' bushings (see note). Of which there seems to be a fitment issue. Primarily on the front bar. HELLBOUND is currently talking with Eibach regarding this. Hopefully he will be able to provide a resolution on the near future. FYI: Prothane also appears to have the proper sized bushings. Prothane also offers a 'greasable' bushing. I have no application notes however for there offerings. There is also a 'reinforced' rear LCA available from Ford to address a potential breakage issue when using large bars. (Ref: b16sir1991 & Auto-X-ZTS in thread 'Wheels, Tires, Brakes & Suspension / 'Hard Cornering: It could be better'). Auto-X-ZTS also provided pics of broken rear LCA in thread 'STEEDA 28mm rear sway'.
