Installing Eibach Springs isnt any different than installing any type of springs. Yes you can do the install yourself, many of us do it that way. I do hope you are replacing your shocks and dampers along with the springs because if you drop your car more than an inch, your stock shocks and dampers will crap out on you shortly. If you need instrutions on how to do the install, go to google and type svt suspension install. Just follow that, includes everything you need.

Call Mike at Hilbish he's in the parts department , he maybe able to hook you up . He did with me on a whole Ford Suspension kit with sway bars .
I highly recommend that you NOT install the springs until you have new shocks in your possession. Its a fair amount of work to install the springs and you'll have to do it all over again (at least the total install on the fronts). There's a good chance that depending how old you current shocks are that you could be creating very real handling problems by going with only the springs.

So I PM'ed Mike and he said to get the FRPP kit. "That kit has everything including the strut bearings, strut mounts, spring perches, boots, bumpstops, and hardware so you dont reuse anything from your car. That kit is $166.75."
I have no clue what that is and I am assuming that $167 is a good price. But it sounds all out of my league to install. I was reading this and it looks like I could do the rear with no problem but the front sounds like too much. So does anybody have any guesses on how much a shop typically charges???

try these..i got them for 160 picked up, and paired with eibach pro 
lol the only problem is i dunno why, but front springs didnt go all the way in the strut if you know what i mean, too wide or something, but theres like 1/4" space between the strut plate where the spring is suppose to sit and the spring but still rides nice
and about the installation..you can do it urself, shop will charge you alot.. the back is very easy, dont even bother with lca bolts and stuff, what you can do is put the car on the jacks, unbolt the shocks then get a long bar and pry the control arm down and the spring should come out easily without any compression or anything (saves you good ammount of work with all bolts and stuff, + if their rusted you would need either new bushings or new control arms) and the just put new ones in the same way.. and the front is pretty easy too, all you need is an external spring compressor (pretty much any will work, coz front springs are way wider than rear, coz usually noone can get the rear springs out with a compressor).. take the strut out with a spring - compress the spring - unbolt it, decompress - reuse the top plates and reassemble it the same way with new springs and struts..

That way is pretty dangerous. It could come out of the perch and come flying at you.
Definitely don't install springs without installing matching dampers(shocks) also.
Like said before, you'd be doing twice the work.
I installed my suspension myself with the help of a few friends.
Not only will you save a lot of money, but you will learn a lot from doing it yourself.
