The EGR tube that connect to front of the Intake Mani is really hot on my car. I noticed that it's rusted and the area near that tube is also hot. I am not seeing any crack so far.

I have 126k miles on my SPI. Should I change that tube before it breaks. I heard that Ford service bulletin advised to install some type of gasket for SPI. Does any one have link to that service bulletin, OR tips on installing EGR tube.

I agree on what he said. The tube is a stainless steel I believe but I am not 100% sure. Usually the rust is only on the surface. You maybe able to get it off with a steel brush and paint them after wards using a high temp paint for a cheaper alternative.
