Duratec trouble

My engine was misfiring. I replaced the Spark plugs, It helped but the problem was still there. I replaced the boots on the coil plugs along with the springs that go inside the boots. I cleaned the connections with electrical connection cleaner. When I plugged the coil plugs back in I didnt plug them into the same spots, as in the one that was in the 2nd cylinder I plugged into the first cylinder wire etc..(Dont know if that matters or not). Now the misfiring has stopped and its running alot smoother except for one thing. If I hit the throttle smoothly, the engine revs up smoothly like it should. When I hit the throttle a little to fast, It sort of "bogs out" Like the engine doesnt want to rev up (Do you know what I mean by that?). What could be causing this new problem?

^^^^Nope they made Duratec in the 03s in certain states, first year the Duratecs (PZEV)came out, ive got an 03 Duratec myself, hence he stated "coils". But anywho Id plug the coils back into there normal spots. I had a bad ignition coil the other day, was running like urs, best way to check that is to pull the connection on each coil plug, if the car wants to die when you pull the 1st one off then its good, then go to the second one and do the same thing, if you pull a plug and the car does nothing then its a bad coil.
