[mad] ok my mom and dads 2003 zx5 its an auto and when you start it it kinda clunks and when you put it in drive it clunks and makes a griding-winding sound.when its sitting there its ok but when you shift in to drive i clunks and then when your driving and giving it gas it makes that grinding sound..but if your just rolling its ok.. if you go easy on the gas its ok ,but when you "wana go" it grinds....
now from what i see the engine cocks back and forth when you shift in and out of gear. i never looked how much it moved before but i looks like it moves too much ..
could it be a bad or broke bog bone mount (tranny mount)

check the fluid first, autos cant function properly or at all without it, you should be able to check the mount without taking it out also.

I had an auto an what would happen when my auto was that 3 gear went (no teeth) an the engine Rpm's would go really high then drop back down. is it like that?
