Has anyone noticed that the beautiful engine that is the gdi duratec paired with the DCT just loves to be floored. Like it craves going fast. It seems to want to growl and come to life.

What is everyone's take on this engine? How good of an engine do yall think it is? How much potential do you think it has in the tuning world when paired with the dct? Share your stories and opinions, I would love to read them.

I think it's a pretty solid engine for what it is, a DD. I drive it to work every day and it's great car for getting good gas mileage but still being able to put a smile on your face when you get on it throught he twisties. I definitely love this car.
