So my 08 Coupe is throwing a light for MAP sensor/barometric pressure sensor right now. It all started when my dumb self decided to TOP off the tank. Right when I started the car the light came on then. I turned it off with my XCAL. Then started the car ran for 5 seconds and came right back on. I drove 20 miles then turned it off again. I drove for 40 miles before it come on again. I turned it off again. Then today 50 mile later, again the light come back on for the same thing.

Does me over filling the tank have possibly affected the performance of the map sensor? And do you think I may need a new one?

I dint know why toping off the tank would cause this!. I top my tank off every day to the cap and have never got a light.

Ugh, sounds like I may need a new sensor then.
