Yes it does fluctuate very normal. At idle with no accessories on you will typically see 14 volts. If you have accessories on like headlights, wiper blades, air conditioning you could easily drop down to 13 volts.
Once again you are overthinking things.

You need to just drive it and chill. Stop worrying about every single noise and rattle it makes. It's a used going on 10 year old car.

IDK how many miles you have, but use a Ford only mount for the psm (passenger side mount), the dsm isn't really a issue. A poly dogbone (lower mount) which is really a roll restricter which restricts the motor from rolling back & forth. A poly lower mount really works, but adds a little vibration at idle. http://c-f-m.com........

I understand I had a Ford escort that left me on the side of the road five times.
Two timing belts, one clutch, one transmission, and a engine. The Focus doesn't have a timing belt nothing to worry about.
The focus is a reliable durable vehicle.
They typically give warning signs to failure.

Dude auto parts store pay shit.

I already told you your alternator is fine stop worrying hell you're stressing me out.

My mom drove a car that could barely make 13 volts for probably 2 years.

If it makes you feel better this is my knowledge base.
I took automotive classes online through high school. To increase my technical knowledge.
After the military I went to community college and got my associate's degree in automotive technology.
I don't know everything but I know more than the majority of auto part store employees. They make fast food wages.

Get rid of those damn spark plugs.
Autolite 104, or 103 if you drive hard. It will work much better and they are cheap.
Champion spark plugs do not belong in a Ford.

The autolite plugs are very cheap.
You can walk into any auto parts stores and get a four pack of 104 Auto lights for a couple bucks a piece.
