This is what I looked like 3 months ago. Until one day I watched a documentary on Netflix called Fat Sick And Nearly Dead
This movie changed my life. At this time I was 296lbs I was wearing a size 46 waist and when those got too small I decided I needed a change in my life!
So I started juicing vegetables and fruits everyday for 60 DAYs Fresh juice made at home and it took me a max of and hour everyday to make my juices !
This was the hardest thing that I have ever done in my life
I went from eating whatever I wanted to drinking green juice everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner!
After the 60 days I was down 58lbs
I was super excited but really scared to start eating again,
I ve heard bad stories of people doing juice fast and gaining a bunch of weight back and more. So I decided for 1 month I would eat nothing but raw fruits and veggies!
After the raw month was over I had lost another 18lbs and feeling great !
Now I'm eating super healthy I pretty much cut all breads pastas sweets and (meat but not for long lol) this is a current pic
At 220lbs

Here's a trailer to the movie!

Just wanted to share maybe you too have wanted to lose that
Extra baggage well now u know what to do

And I know some of you will say where did you get ur protein? Or this or that or it's unhealthy
Well fruits and veggies have a lot of protein especially spinach!
FYI I did visit my doctor every two weeks and he was surprised at how fast I was becoming healthy with blood test to prove it!
Now I'm a size 38 waist and Xl shirt
I do plan on dropping down to 185lbs

Thanks you! Trust me after not eating for 60days I don't see eating healthy as a diet more of a different life style now!

Yeah. Buddy.

Great job, man. [thumb] Now the hard part is keeping it off. Get in the gym and start toning/building those muscles and you'll REALLY be happy with where you get. How tall are you, btw?

it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle.
my buddy was 396 pounds and now (1.6 years later) is at 177. He did it the natural way as well. just stop eating junk food, eat smaller portions, no soda. just by doing that pounds will fall off. once he got down to about 210 he had to start going to the gym to get the results he wanted. incredible stories, great motivation, and it shows anyone can do it.

haha i see people on forums and at autocross events trying to save every OUNCE they can from their Miata's to make them faster... but then they get out of the car with a huge beer belly!!

keep up the good work.

You can do it! I was sick at looking at myself watching myself get bigger each day and couldn't take it! One thing I keep in my mind is that I'm doing this for me and no one else! And if I'm breaking my own goals what does that say about me! So I jumped in head first and grabbed the bull by his balls and said lets do this. Yes it was hard but if you want to see Urself look like a champ feel like a champ and act like a champ you knock out that fat like it 1996[strongman][offtopic][strongman]

impressive achievement, in my case problem is of contrary nature, working 2 jobs made me loose 45lb and I can't stop it, so if anyone knows some effective ways to gain weight, speak up! :) just keep it healthy, not like "eat breakfasts at McDnld"

Carbs starches and sugar will all make you gain weight, eat 3 big meals a day and don't work out! That's what I did
To tell you the truth I don't eat fast
Food I use to eat good food made fresh just too much of it!

Now 75% percent of my plate is
Veggies the other 25% fish egg whites all natural ceral nuts dried fruit u name it if it's healthy I'll try it!

Morning star bacon is awesome so is soychrizo from trader joes things that keep the cravings away and are super healthy!
