The Pipercross seems like the system I am going to go with since we have rain alot were I live and sometimes the rodes get flooded, so I have to go through huge puddles. With that being said, Is there any other hosing that you can use to run the intake to the front grill instead of the one provided. I don't want my engine bay to look like the back of clothes dryer.

Bat Inc, has a similar setup for their intake, but I am not sure of the diameter of their hose. The hose used in the pipercross kit can be found online in different colors, it is a high temp hose commonly used for brake ducting. You can also try something cheap, just check you local hardware stores. The things I would be concerned with are temperatures (don't want to melt a plastic hose and make a mess), and also ridgidity, if the hose isn't very stiff it will be moving alot whenever you hit the throttle...
