I bought a predator from Tom at FF08, when I got home and tried to install it I was having problems with it communicating. I called Tom, he suggested I call Mike at Diablo to troubleshoot. Mike deteremined there was a problem with the predator and Tom got me an RMA number so I could ship it to Diablo. I understand that electronic devices have problems so I am fine up to that point, I sent the predator to Diablo one month ago, I know they received it because two weeks ago I called to check the status after no reply on mutiple emails. The guy said it would be a couple of days then they would ship it back to me and email me a tracking number. I have tried to email them again becuase I still haven't received an email response on the status of this repair. Has anyone else had problems with Diablo's service and what should I do? I am out 375 bucks and have no tuner.
