So on 06/03/2016 I ordered my door latch replacement online (it wasn't part of the recall when mine broke). I went to my local dealership to get the refund processed last week. I was told without mileage and VIN on the paperwork they can't process the refund. WTF?????? I ordered it online and that information is not needed or asked. What do I have to do to get my $200 back??? Seems a little ridiculous, why else would I have purchased the part? I didn't buy it to hang on my wall. Any and all help is appreciated in regards to this matter.

order it again then return it. Take the new receipt with vin and mileage to ford.
