I ordered from HIDs from DDM tuning about a month ago. I now have a bad ballast and am trying to get it replaced under their lifetime warranty. I have e-mailed them several times regarding this, and all I get back is a Yahoo AutoReponse or an e-mail stating they're busy. I've called their customer service number on multiple occasions, nobody ever picks up. This is getting ridiculous and I'm tired of e-mailing them with no result. When I ordered the HIDs, I wasn't sent any tracking information. Seems like their communication sucks. Lifetime warranty isn't worth anything if they don't communicate!
