hey im possibly look into gettin a turbo later on down the road for the focus after a couple of things ill take care of. but i need to know as far as cheapness goes, which one is cheaper bulid-a-kit or the ones pre-assembled?

Well is some cases you can build your own turbo cheaper. Just don't forget you'll need a tune, uprgaded injectors, turbo, turbo manifold, piping, intercooler, downpipe, diverter or blow off valve, oi lines, water lines. So price out all the parts and compare them to the kits.

if you dont mind getting used parts there a couple of turbo kits for sale in the buy-sell-trade forum. they come with almost everything you need and are quite cheap.
