Today at work I made myself a 2.4'' pulley for my JRSC Zetec. Should the belt size for the BBK pulley work or would I need a smaller belt? Would anyone know how much more psi I should be making over the stock JRSC pulley?

With the stock JRSC pulley I made 146whp and 128wtq. Think there is a chance I can make over 165whp with this new pulley? Think my torque would go up at all? Also plan on adding a larger exhaust here soon. Not sure if I want a 2.5'' or a 3'' yet.

See now that makes me feel better about my dyno. I knew they were a POS. My dyno was 170ish, but I have an MTX and almost 10psi more.

I imagine you'll need a smaller belt.

I also have a 2.4" pulley that I'm willing to let go of if anyone is interested.

The tensioner should be able to adjust for .1"

I hope a 99" belt will fit because thats what I bought lol.

Think much tuning would need to be done. Idle should be the same correct?

Are you dropping from a 3" or my 2.6"?

3" yes but you'd be alright if you stayed out of boost
2.6" you'd probably be alright

What injectors are you running?

Idle should be the same either way, as long as the bypass valve is working.

Oh yeah then just shoot him an email. I'd image nothing needs to be changed, but WOT above 3-4k.

That would be good. Hopefully the tuning won't take too long. Already going to a dyno day on the 14th with a couple guys/gals from autocross.

Went to the dyno today. Made 172whp and 145wtq. I expected to make around 160 but it sure surprised me.
