I have been trying to determine what could be causing this noise. Just replaced front brakes and rotors, no change.

Control arm bushings are due for replacement, but how could they cause cyclical noises on flat ground? It sounds more like a creaking from the outside wheel house area (front left) as you are making right turns.

After a 45 min drive on the highway at 50mph, pull over to a lot to do some circles & the noise is G.O.N.E.

Let it sit overnight and do a right hand turn first thing next morning, bam it's back.

For some reason the sound is totally different from the outside. It's a rhythmic (same rate as in cabin) creak that sounds like a suspension component but can't be reproduced when car is still. Can't be reproduced with wheel off ground either.
