I've been looking from both directions into the bay to see where the coolant leak is coming from, i can see it running down the lower radiator hose but thats all drip, not the source. I'm thinking it may be the water pump. My power steering leak has been going for a while now and it appears to be getting worse. in the picture from the top of the engine i think that piece in the center is what is leaking. Any info on how to source either leak or how to fix the power steering would be greatly appreciated. This is the first problem with the SVTF and i hope to get it fixed...

Thanks,

**UPDATE**
I believe I found the coolant leak. The power steering fluid appears to have eroded the hose coming off of the water pump.

Yay, hoses are much cheaper and easier to replace than pumps.

I'm jealous...my '03 yellow bomb can only dream of being an SVT.

Actually the water pump I've found to be 35. and the new bottom radiator hose is 45.. But it's definitely less of a hassle! Would you be more jealous if I told you it was supercharged? ;)

Ha, figures.

Yes. But mine is a workhorse, poor thing, often carrying loads that normal people use a truck for. And it's a hair shy of 300k miles but still running great. I really can't complain.

Right on man. Any engine will last that long as long as you take car of it! People don't seem to understand that.. lol
