Do you mean the
Powertrain Control Module?
If so please state what sort of engine and transmission that you have because a quick look in my 2004 Focus wiring manual has at least four of them depending on type of engine

The OBD port is called the Data Link Connector

Grounds are on pin 5 and pin 4

Pin 16 is hot at all times
pin 13 is from the Powertrain Control Module
pin 7 is from ABS control, Restraints control module [airbag??], Generic Electronic Module
Pins 2 and 10 are from the Powertrain Control module, Instrument cluster and ABS control module
Pins 6 and 14 are from the CAN bus , which is from the Powertrain Control module and maybe the Instrument cluster

There, 9 pins are accounted for, if you have more or less than these then toss my advice

On the Zetec Powertrain control module, the grounds are:
pin 77 goes directly to the negative battery connection
pin 25 is grounded all by itself, and I am guessing to some nearby metal
pin 24, pin 51 and pin 103 are ties together and go another grounding spot

On EBay there is a 2003 Ford Focus wiring manual for slightly less than $10.00 including shipping
Why should you trust my advice because this is just a quick search on my part but I try to do the best I can with the time I have
