Whenever I turn on my defrost my A/C automatically turns on. Its not that big of a deal, I just have to remember to turn of my A/C whenever I turn on defrost. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Your a/c is supposed to turn on with defrost, it dries the air and makes it work better. If youre pushing the a/c button to turn it off, it shouldnt turn off. If the light goes out with the defrost on, you have another problem as it should stay on even if you try to cut it off.

Yea I can turn my A/C off when the defrost is on.. Does that mean there is a problem then?

You shouldnt be able to. It should stay on with defrost. Scratching my chin and saying hmmmm? Interesting? Maybe the very early ones have that ability.
