I just bought a duratec stealth CAI from another FF member, i will have photos of the install up, and i will also take apart hte stock airbox just to show how big the filter is, since photos of it are hard to come by

it is the stock intake with the factory filter removed and a cone filter put on the end. cheapest intake available for our cars with proven results. i think it was like 6whp or something like that

I would just do the custom SRI Mod, No chance at hydolock and it peps up the engine alot better that the stealth mod (as i did both and SRI is WAYY better) PM me if you want instructions

yea that damn filter was a huge block of foam!![rant] the stock intake system was a bitch to remove!![wrenchin]

ive only see one duratec member hydrolock there car... thats a ratio of 1:57000 chance of hydrolock for members on this board...

personally ive seen more oil related issues than hydrolock between all the engines added

Also, i plan to make a photo series of the install, but no guarantees on it due to it might just being me doing it, and if i am doing it alone i will want to hurry and get it done and over with
