Tried using the syncmyride's chat help, here is part of the conversation

Chauntay: I have confirmed that the vehicle has the newest SYNC software available.

you: no i haven't

Chauntay: Please take the vehicle to your preferred dealer for a resolution to this concern.

you: ok thanks

Chauntay: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

knight... did you recently flash the SYNC MFT Gen2 V3.2.2 update? If so this is a common problem with that update. i personally didnt have this when i updated but a lot have. if you log into SMR look on the right side where it list all your confirmed updates and see what version it says right above that
