check engine light @ 107,000 mi on 2001 zx3

I'm new to the site...but have owned my focus since 2001, drove it straight off the lot..o miles. I was wondering if ANYONE could let me know why the check engine light would come on at 107,000 miles...I had to replace the O2 Sensor 2 years ago and the light went off.. havent had any issues since until today. Any ideas?

No clue. Can you tell if anything is wrong? Anyway take your car to autozone for a free scan.
